What is this great new program?
Vivaldi Summer Strings will be a series of up to four short, intense sessions for middle school and high school string players (violin, viola, cello, bass) who want the experience of putting together a polished chamber orchestra performance in only 2 days. In each session, we will work on one complete work by Antonio Vivaldi for string chamber orchestra, and one contemporary work for string chamber orchestra or violin/viola and cello/bass ensemble.
Upper strings will be coached by Dr. Emmanuel Borowsky, and lower strings will be coached by Dr. Frances Borowsky.

When and where will this take place?
There will be up to four sessions:
All sessions will take place at Central Presbyterian Church in Towson, MD (7308 York Rd, Towson, MD 21204).
We will meet each day from 12:00-4:30pm.

How do I sign up?
Register here by June 14 and text or email us a video of you playing a G major scale (1, 2, or 3 octaves). We will email you to confirm registration, and provide you with payment options once the minimum number of students is reached for each session. We accept payment by check, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal.
